Audio-Visual Equipment & Materials
If you require any type of Audio-Visual equipment, all you need to do is fill out an
AV Request Form. Please note that it needs to be turned in by 1:00 (Homeroom) the day BEFORE it is needed. Equipment that is available includes:
- TV carts with DVD/VCR Player (DVD/VCR Player may be hooked up to SmartBoards).
- Overheads
- CD Player
- Various Projectors
The Library Media Center has a variety of Audio-visual materials to assist your class. Please stop in and check out these items in the A-V area of the library. We are always looking for suggestions to add to this collection!
Class Visits to the Library Media Center
Classes are welcome to come to the library. To schedule your class, please see Brian Andrusyk at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Please include a copy of the assignment or project. The following will be done in preparation for your class:
- Study Hall teachers will be notified about the Library Media Center being closed to study halls.
- Books relating to the topic will be pulled and put on the Homework shelf or on a cart.
- A pathfinder of print and online materials will be created and posted on the Class Assignment section of the Library Media Center Website.
Research Assistance
The Library Media Center contains over 6000 titles in its collection. We are also a member of the Metropolitan Library System and have access to the collections of over 380 public, academic, and special libraries, (some restrictions may apply). Feel free to stop in for any assistance in any type of research.
