ICHS Senior Will Cronin Named to IHSA All-State Academic Honorable Mention Team

Congratulations to ICHS senior Will Cronin who was recently names to the IHSA All-State Academic Honorable Mention Team.  Heading to South Bend, Indiana next fall to attend the University of Notre Dame, ICHS’s Cronin has shown remarkable dedication in the classroom during the past four years.  It was a balancing act that included maintaining a minimum of a 3.50 grade point average on a 4.0 scale after 7 semesters, outstanding service to his community and excelling in three sports which include football, basketball and track that earned him the Honorable Mention recognition on this year’s team.

Selections to the IHSA All-State Academic Team, which included 500 nominations, were made by a committee made up of IHSA principals, representatives of the Illinois Activities Directors Association and representatives of the Illinois Athletic Directors Association.  The IHSA All-State Academic Team will be honored at a banquet at the DoubleTree Hotel in Bloomington to be held on April 19, 2010.
